DJI Osmo Pocket Connected To Android Micro USB!

DJI Osmo Pocket Connected to Android Micro USB!

The amazing DJI Osmo Pocket is the hot item this holiday season for videographers and gadget guys! It’s small camera and built in gimbal in one small package really could be considered a game-changer. But one aspect frustrating buyers of the $349 camera, is it does not include a connector for Micro USB… which is used in millions of Android based smartphones and tablets! We found out that using a very generic and inexpensive cable, you can connect your new Osmo Pocket to your Android device!

To cut to the chase… the cable that worked for us (in the video) is AmazonBasics USB Type-C to Micro-B 2.0 Cable – 3 Feet (0.9 Meters) – Black

Note: The Osmo Pocket does include an iOS Lightning connector as well as the USB-C… just NOT the Micro USB!

How this works… Luckily the Osmo Pocket includes a USB-C port on the bottom… and we’ve tested that you can use a cable which as a Micro USB connector on the other end, to connect the Osmo Pocket to you device!

The added benefit of using the cable is you can see the live recording video on the larger screen, control the camera, and review prior recorded images and video!

The iPhone based video is here.. .and I spend a little more time talking about the benefits.

Order the Cable! $6.99 in the US!
